Tell us what you're seeing

We’ll come back with your options and the price for each — before anyone drives out.

What happens when you call

"You called the right place. Don't worry about it."

That is genuinely how the call starts. Whoever answers has heard your situation before — bees in a brick wall, a swarm on a porch rail, wasps by the back door — and can usually size it up right there on the phone.

Tell us what you are seeing and roughly where it is, and you will get your real options and a real price before anyone schedules a truck. No bait and switch, no pressure.

Honesty first

We'll tell you if you don't actually need us

A few bees working a flower bed is not a job for a removal company, and we will say so. A swarm resting in a tree, a colony that has moved into a wall, or an active wasp or hornet nest usually is.

If your situation can wait a few days, or does not need a professional at all, we would rather tell you that and earn the call next time.

Useful before you ring

What helps us quote you on the phone

Four things get you a firm number without a site visit:

  • Where they are going in and out. A hole in the brick, a soffit seam, a gap in the eave, a hole in the lawn — this tells us more than anything else.
  • How long they have been there. Days, weeks or "since last summer" changes the job completely.
  • What they look like. Fuzzy and amber, or slim and hairless with a narrow waist? Bees or wasps are very different work.
  • Whether you can see comb. Visible wax means an established colony rather than a resting swarm.

A photo from a safe distance answers most of these at once, and you can attach one to the form below.

Common questions

Before you call

Will a real person answer the phone?

Usually, yes. You will typically talk to someone who can size up the situation with you there and then, and tell you honestly what your options are and roughly what it will cost — before anyone drives out.

How fast can you get to me?

Same-day, most days, across Dallas–Fort Worth. Call whichever office is nearest and you will get a real arrival window rather than a vague one.

Will I know the price before you start?

Yes. You will know exactly what you are going to pay and exactly what we are going to do before we leave to come to you. Not a range, and not a number that changes when we arrive.

Do you cover weekends?

Call your nearest office and ask. Availability shifts with the season, and we would rather give you a real answer than a generic one.

Can I text instead of calling?

Yes — there is a text line, and it is often the easiest way to send a photo of what you are looking at. The number is on the notice at the top of every page.

What if I am outside Dallas–Fort Worth?

Call anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you. Our offices are all in the metroplex, so for somewhere like Austin or Houston we will usually point you to a beekeeper closer to you rather than take the booking.

Bees won't wait — and neither should you.

Call now for your bee removal needs and you'll have your price before we pull into your driveway. No bait and switch. No pressure. Just the truth and your call — from a beekeeping family that's been doing this for over 45 years.
